Jiao Zi is a sagacious narcotic agent for the Hong Kong Police Force. She sets out one night to commence her investigation in an extremely lawless Hong Kong District, to only encounter a spiral of sticky unplanned events far from her dominance. In the midst of all her dilemmas, she receives a blood-curdling message from Chun-Li; a fellow agent and best friend from a cottage in April Woods. Undeterred by her circumstances, she doesn't hesitate to do anything that may set her back from reaching Chun-Li.
